RAJASTHAN LIQUORS LIMITED (RLL) OPERATES A STATE-OF-THE-ART GRAIN-BASED DISTILLERY IN DERABASSI WITH A CAPACITY OF 1,00,000 KLPD, OPTIMIZED TO PRODUCE 90,000 TO 1,10,000 BL OF EXTRA NEUTRAL ALCOHOL (ENA) DAILY. THIS HIGH-QUALITY ENA SERVES A STRONG CUSTOMER BASE, INCLUDING RENOWNED CLIENTS LIKE SEAGRAM, WITH ARRANGEMENTS IN PLACE FOR BOTH MARKET DISTRIBUTION AND STRATEGIC SALES.

In addition to ENA, the distillery yields Distillers Dry Grains and Solubles (DDGS) as a by-product. This nutrient-rich cattle feed is highly valued in the agricultural sector and is supplied to leading cattle feed companies like Kapila Krishi Udyog Limited and Kamdhenu Cattle Feeds Private Limited. RLL’s established network ensures that DDGS consistently meets the demands of the livestock industry. The distillery’s operations also generate CO2 gas during the fermentation process, which RLL has successfully developed into a marketable by-product. With systems in place to capture and sell CO2, RLL maximizes resource efficiency while adding a valuable revenue stream to its operations.
