Distillery Opertation

Distillery Unit:

RLL is having one grain based distillery unit in derabassi having capacity of 120 KLPD which is operating and utilised at its optimum and therefore, producing approximately 1,00,000 to 1,20,000 BL of Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA) per day and we have appropriate arrangement to sell the same in open market though we have a very good customer base for ENA, Seagram is one of the prominent customer of ours. However, we have also developed many other customers also to sale our ENA.

As a by-product, we also get Distillers Dry Grains and Soluble (DDGS), in other words, high protein cattle feed, which is a marketable and highly demanded product in agriculture. There are reputed cattle feed companies to whom the same disposed such as Kapila Krishi Udyg Limited and Kamdhenu Cattle Feeds Private Limited prominently. However, there are also other customers in our data base to dispose of DDGS and DDS.

As a by-product, we also gain CO2 gas during the fermentation process, which is again a marketable product have done proper arrangement to sell the gas in market and realize the value.
