Rajasthan Liquors Limited (RLL) is a public limited company, which was originally incorporated Eighteenth day of March, Nineteen Ninety Eight as Private Limited company with the main objective to carry on the business as Manufacturers, Producers, Processors, Bottlers, Fermentators, Distillers, Refiners or otherwise deal in Beer, wine, Whisky, Gin, Vodka or other alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, whether intoxicating or not etc. The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company on Ninth day of March, Two Thousand Ten.
We, since the very inception of the company, own a Bottling unit situated at Jaipur, Rajasthan facilitating five automatic bottling lines to bottle Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) with an installed capacity of 20 lac cases per annum. Later on in 2003, we also established a bottling unit at in Derabassi, Punjab which is currently operated with installed capacity of 60 Lac cases per annum.
RLL has also installed a 120 Kilo Litre per day (KLPD) Grain based Distillery at the above cited location in Derabassi, Punjab, thereby diversification towards new development and market penetration by new product.
Rajasthan Liquors Limited has now become a brand among the esteemed bottler of IMFL. The name of RLL is not new among the reputed brand owner whether of India or outside India. RLL is having tie-up agreement with world’s one of the most reputed IMFL manufacturing company i.e. Pernod Recard India Private Limited (PRIPL/Seagram) for bottling of its various brands. The company have also been in tie-up arrangements with Indian IMFL manufacturing companies like Radico Khaitan Limited and Allied Blenders Private Limited for bottling of their various brands. The successful establishment of the grain based distillery unit itself tells the success story the company. In each of areas of working whether as a bottler or distillers, we are committed to achieve our vision by contribution through hard work, commitment and honesty.
RLL, a top brand amongst the Indian IMFL bottler, is a company whose promoters have more than 20 years experience in Liquor industry and belongs to a leading group of distribution and retailing business of Liquor having nationwide network in India. Our Logo !!!
The significance of the Blue colour of the Logo of RLL simply expounds the depth and stability of the organisation. It symbolizes trust, confidence and truthfulness. The Blue is considered beneficial to the mind and body. It slows human metabolism and produces a calming effect.
The Logo became our integral part due to its exposing tendency towards tranquillity and regal. The letters R, L and L at the centre of the Logo is the abbreviation of Rajasthan Liquors Limited. On the periphery of the Logo, the horses with feather denotes the power, grace and nobility with the strong will of going high in the sky as much as an eagle.
The words “DREAMâ€, “ACHIEVE†and “INSPIRE†at the bottom of the Logo are self defining. These itself show the strength and in-built & inherited values of the corporate towards success and growth and of the organisation.
And, at the last but not the least, the crown, as usual at the top depicts the story of glory, success and power in present and further leads a path towards future with maximum conversation of natural and energy resources by focusing more on environmental conditions.

Tilak Raj Sharma
Managing Director
Tilak Raj Sharma is a name of an extreme innovator and pathfinder, who earned the eminence by devoting his more than 25 years in the Liquor Industry and has been a root cause behind the exponential growth of RLL group. Mr. Sharma being a commerce graduate had recognised his entrepreneurial skill at a very early stage of life, which compelled him to start his own business and thereby enabled him to steer to an illustrious career in liquor Industry.
Ashok Blana
Executive Director
Mr. Ashok Blana, an Executive Director in the Board of RLL has experience spanning more than 20 years in Liquors Industry. Academically, Mr. Blana is a graduate and serving to the company since long as in head position and due to his dedication and hard work found a place in the Board of RLL. He mainly involved in taking care of various operations in Rajasthan and Punjab units at various verse of marketing strategies quality control etc.
Rekha Sharma
Non Executive Director, Non Independent Director
Rekha Sharma, a non executive and non independent director on the board of the RLL, is a post graduate in Arts and a known social activist, having rich experience of promoting women empowerment and also liable for taking several initiatives to strengthen the RLL group.
Ashok Kumar Chandak
Independent and Non-Executive Director
Mr. Chandak is an Independent Non Executive Director in the Board of the company with an experience of more than 20 years in Industrialisation & Finance. He is a post graduate and recognised as an expert in the field of industrial development, financial planning and development as also in law. Due his leadership quality, we are gaining much by finding him our board and in various committees.
Neena Khandelwal
Independent and Non-Executive Director
Ms. Khandelwal is an Independent Non Executive Director in the Board of the company who has a vast experience of general administration and finance. Ms. Khandelwal graduated in commerce and recognised as an expert in the field of finance & law.
Honey Sharma
Executive Director
Honey Sharma is a management alumunus turned to an industrialist, who possesses a very rich experience of more than ten years in project implementation, project management, Finance and overall industrial management of Liquor industry and allied businesses. In the capacity of an executive director, Mr. Sharma is mainly involved in taking care of production in bottling as well as in distillery divisions, quality control and marketing strategies thereof.
Jaya Vanshi Sharma
Executive Director
After completing her Master’s degree in Business Administration from renowned university of USA, Ms. Jaya Vanshi Sharma, Joined the Board of RLL as executive Director. Ms. Jaya is very talented and possessing a very good knowledge of administration. She is primarily oversees the Human resource department and also the day to day general administration of the company.
Aneesh Saggar
Executive Director
Being an engineering background personality and also management alumni, Mr. Saggar joined the board of the company with highly skilled technical orientation along with basic business management understanding and therefore, board decided to burden him with the Business development responsibility of distribution segment especially in untouched market. The company shall definitely be privileged with the association of such energetic and innovative personality.
Chetan Sharma

Being a very young and innovative, Mr. Chetan Sharma, possessing a very dynamic personality, became part of the board of RLL as Executive Director, with all good, developed and matured knowledge of doing business and with great potential to head the organisation. After completing his management studies from USA, he joined us in recent couple of years and primarily looking after the Finance department and Planning & Marketing department of the company.
Kanica Khanna Sharma

After completing her Master’s degree in Business Administration (Human Resource), Ms. Sharma, Joined the Board of RLL as executive Director. Ms. Kanica being prowess enough in her academic filed possessing a very good knowledge of Human resource management. She primarily looks after the Human resource department and also day to day general administration of the company.
Rajasthan Liquors Limited is currently running two units situated nearby two famous cities of India i.e. Jaipur, Rajasthan and Chandigarh, Punjab respectively. However, The Company having its Registered and Corporate Office in Kanpur, an Industrial City of Uttar Pradesh and also owns a Branch Office in Jaipur.
Being the Bottling units near metros, the brand owners have a very good distribution circulation of the product in most of the states in India. RLL, as it owns a Distillery also in its Derabassi Unit, has a good market penetration and easy transportation for making available our finished goods in market whether its the main product like ENA, RS, SDS or By-product like DDGS or Carbon Di Oxide.
